Jodi is fascinated by what motivates and drives human behaviour and passionate about understanding and exploring these complex relationships. In particular, how attitudes and personality influence and inform decision making and the process of change.
From her academic research and many years working as a business psychologist and coach she has discovered that there are a number of key factors which stand out above others, namely because of their impact on behaviour – CONFIDENCE, OPENNESS and COMMITTMENT. Working with different cultures and industry sectors across the globe Jodi has seen these core elements remain constant factors.
