Andrew quickly builds trust and rapport with his clients enabling them to get quickly to the heart of the issues they face and take accountability for their choices.
Andrew started his career in operations and transport management and has led operations and customer service teams of up to 2000 people. He joined London Underground as a Graduate Trainee in 1991: his 7 years with the company culminated in the position of Business Manager of the Victoria Line, responsible for managing some of the busiest transport locations in the world.
Andrew’s range of operational roles included the position of Station Manager of Paddington Station, Customer Services Manager and Strategic Projects Manager.
He has been a Executive Coach and consultant for sixteen years, specialising in strategy development, bidding, mergers and acquisitions and corporate transformation projects. He trained with Ashridge Consulting and has an MSc in Executive Coaching.
Andrew works with organisations, executives, entrepreneurs and private clients.
